POSITION SUMMARY
Sell electronic component testing and services to customers by developing prospects, presenting and providing sales proposals, and facilitating sale completion.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS INCLUDE
- Market and sell Integra’s electronic component testing services to customers.
- Develop prospects from current customers, referral leads, and other sources.
- Contact prospective customers to present information on available services.
- Determine customers’ need and prepares proposals to sell services.
- Review business and industry trends and advises customers regarding expected fluctuations.
- Attend sales and trade meetings to develop new business prospects.
- Prepare forms and agreements to complete sale.
- Evaluate costs and revenue of agreements to determine if they are profitable to continue.
- Achieve satisfactory profit to loss ratio and share of market performance in relation to pre-set standards and to general and specific trends within the industry and the economy.
- Prepare sales and marketing reports.
- Flexibility to perform other duties as assigned.
JOB REQUIREMENTS INCLUDE
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field preferred; however, a combination of education and experience wherein the skills and abilities to perform the responsibilities and functions have been adequately demonstrated is acceptable.
Experience: At least two years of Semiconductor industry experience strongly preferred.
Knowledge/Skills:
- Effectively communicate with internal and external customers, both verbally and in writing, while acting as Subject Matter Expert to customers.
- Strong leadership qualities with ability to motivate and influence and inspire others.
- Ability to adapt to changes in the work environment, delays or unexpected events; manage competing demands; change approach or method to best fit the situation.
- Effectively and efficiently utilize Microsoft Office applications and other computer products and programs.
- Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers or members of the business community.
- Demonstrated ability to calculate figures and amounts such as pricing, discounts, proportions, percentages and volume.
- Ability to learn how to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
