Full job description
Starke Marketing is an award winning marketing and advertising agency. We work with Fortune 500 companies to one-person startups. We are looking for a Paid Media Specialist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a variety of clients, showcase your creativity, and help businesses grow and scale.
Your core responsibilities will be:
- Work with the team to devise the right campaign strategy for each client
- Launch, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Facebook, Google, Instagram, and other platforms
- Create marketing emails as needed
- Provide insights on active campaigns to improve performance and to identify opportunities
- Communicate with clients regarding the details of the their campaigns
- Meet and exceed KPIs and client expectations
- Analyze and report on campaign performance, making data-driven optimization recommendations
- Stay up-to-date on the latest digital marketing trends and tools and make recommendations for how to incorporate them into our strategy
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of client’s target audience and how to effectively reach and engage them through different digital verticals

You are a dynamic problem solver who loves challenges. You don't always know the answer, but you know how to figure it out. You care deeply about your reputation and the reputations of the clients you work with.
You are an expert with Facebook and Google Ads, and understand how to structure campaigns that deliver results. You work well with a team and aren't afraid to state your opinion.
Must Haves:
- 2+ years of FB Advertising Experience
- 2+ years of Google Ads Experience
- High level of attention to detail
- The ability to hit deadlines and work in a fast moving environment
- Experience with Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager
- Excellent verbal and oral communication skills
- Experience working with Hubspot, Salesforce or another CRM preferred
- Agency experience a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 - $67,000.00 per year
