Happy Distro is a fast-paced, dynamic, wholesale vape distributor based in the United States. Our Distribution Channel team is searching for a proactive and result-oriented Field Sales who consistently exceeds expectations, who thrives in a challenging workplace, and who can actively contribute to our talented team.
To be successful in this role you will have superior communication and organizational skills. Operating in a fast-moving and sometimes ambiguous environment you will work autonomously taking full control and responsibility for hitting business objectives. This role provides opportunities to develop original ideas, approaches, and solutions in a competitive and ever-changing business climate.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
- Visit new Stores for new customers and maintain the company’s existing customer relationship.
- Evaluate customers’ needs Build long-lasting client relationships
- Be available for on-call assignments from customers and team members
- Travel throughout the territory and visit customers on a recurring basis
- Manage your client database within your assigned territory.
- Document and report and provide feedback to management for customer interactions and maintain data related to activities, accounts and partners
- Establish sales objectives by projecting expected sales volume and forecasting and developing sales quotas for territories and the region
- Develop field sales action plans to facilitate the implementation of the sales programs and update the managers with program status through regular meetings or write-up in a timely manner
- Recommend service and product enhancement to improve the sales potential and customer satisfaction
- Represent the brand during all customer and prospect interactions
- Monitor the company’s industry competitors, new products, and market conditions
- First 2-4 weeks will be doing trainings in the warehouse, such as learn about all the different products, read the labels, pricing, and systems, etc.
Basic Qualifications:
- 1+ years of relevant business sales experience
- Deep understanding and passion for e-commerce is required
- Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to express thoughts logically and succinctly
Preferred Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of prior experience influencing sellers, importers or distributors desirable
- Successfully navigate through fast-paced environment dealing with ambiguity like startup.
- Enjoy learn from doing and build from scratch.
- Can identify insight quickly and setup SOP and mechanism instead of requiring detail guidance to follow
- Proven record of driving end to end sales and account management with all the issues of your customer.
- Enjoy hangs-on solving customer pain point effectively instead of waiting for others
- Experience with outbound sales, cold calling and pipeline management
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Extensive customer network
