WHAT WE CAN OFFER YOU:
- Estimated Salary (Levels have variable responsibilities and qualifications) [multiple levels]:
- Business Systems Analyst II: $63,000 - $73,000 plus annual bonus opportunity.
- Business Systems Analyst III: $75,000 - $80,000 plus annual bonus opportunity.
- Remote opportunity.
- Benefits and Perks, 401(k) plan with a 2% company contribution and 6% company match.
- Regular associates working 40 hours a week can earn up to 15 days of vacation each year.
- Regular associates receive 11 paid holidays in 2024, which includes 2 floating holidays that are added to your prorated personal time to be used at your discretion.
- Regular associates are provided sick leave through the use of personal time. Associates working 40 hours a week can receive up to 40 hours of personal time in 2024, which is prorated based on the start date. Additionally you will receive two floating holidays in 2024 by way of personal time that may be used at your discretion.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Create documentation throughout the project lifecycle including taking concise meeting notes, assisting in gathering and analyzing requirements and assisting with implementation.
- Build your understanding of the department’s business processes, compliance, and workflows and apply that knowledge to your daily activities. May include administrative and production support.
- Assist with creation of test plans, test scripts, and performs manual or automated testing for enhancements, upgrades and on-going maintenance to ensure that business, technical, and functional requirements are being met.
- Communicate and present information effectively, both through written communications and verbally.
- You will have the opportunity to broaden your knowledge of Workplace Solutions, work with diverse teams and have exposure to leadership.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING:
- Previous experience in banking, financial services, or related field.
- Prior experience as a Business Systems Analyst/Consultant.
- Understanding of the business and technical processes needed to meet/exceed business objectives including familiarity with Agile/Scrum.
- Exposure to business analysis/project management techniques, processes and tools.
- Ability to organize and deliver tasks and projects in a timely manner, with keen attention to detail and clear communication skills, both written and verbal.
- You promote a culture of diversity and inclusion, value different ideas and opinions, and listen courageously, remaining curious in all that you do.
- Ability to work remotely with access to a high-speed internet connection and located in the United States or Puerto Rico.
PREFERRED:
- Two or more years of experience in business analysis, project management, or similar capacities, including Agile or Scrum experience.
- Prior experience working in the insurance industry.
