Are you a highly skilled financial analyst looking for a challenge? We are seeking a Financial Analyst to join our team at Hasbro! This is an outstanding opportunity to be part of a company that is as constantly innovating and creating products that bring joy to millions of fans around the world.
We are looking for someone to play a crucial role in driving financial performance and providing strategic insights across our business. You'll work collaboratively to ensure flawless execution of financial processes and deliver best-in-class financial analysis. This role can be based in RI or remotely in the United States.
What You'll Do:
- Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to optimize financial results
- Create and update financial models to assess the implications of key critical initiatives
- Collaborate with teams across the Finance function to develop and analyze meaningful metrics for performance assessment and management
- Partner with Functional and Cross-Functional partners to develop accurate in-year and long-range forecasts, ensuring alignment with business objectives
- Prepare and present financial reports to Finance and Business senior management, highlighting portfolio performance opportunities and risks
- Support the budgeting process and provide financial guidance to business partners
- Continuously evaluate and improve processes and controls
What You'll Bring:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in financial analysis or similar roles
- Consistent track record of successfully implementing financial analysis and reporting processes
- Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel with a focus on financial modeling
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, including proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint
