Full job description
We're seeking an enthusiastic and professional Freelance Recruiter to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have experience in full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring processes. You'll be instrumental in shaping the future of our team by identifying top talents across various fields.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Managing end-to-end recruitment processes, from job posting to onboarding.
2. Conducting active outreach through various channels (e.g., job boards, social media, professional networks) to source potential candidates.
3. Screening resumes and conducting initial interviews, ensuring candidates meet the necessary qualifications.
4. Coordinating and scheduling interviews with relevant parties.
5. Providing regular updates to hiring managers and candidates, maintaining a high level of professionalism at all times.
6. Maintaining candidate database and ensuring it's up to date.
7. Developing recruitment strategies that meet our hiring needs and ensure a diverse candidate pool.
Requirements:
1. Proven experience as a Recruiter (in-house or staffing agency)
2. Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g., social media recruiting and Boolean search)
3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
4. Ability to handle multiple tasks and critical deadlines.
5. Strong decision-making skills.
6. High degree of flexibility, highly organized, and ability to prioritize tasks.
7. Proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR databases.
Preferred Qualifications:
1. Degree in Human Resources or related field.
2. Experience with remote hiring processes.
3. Familiarity with full cycle recruitment.
4. Knowledge of labor legislation.
