SPECIFIC JOB RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING:
- AR – Billing, accruals, customer statements
- Daily Cash position, weekly TCR report, set up/execute wire payments, Bank Recon, Positive Pay, signers access request, stop-payment requests.
- Audit requests, customer reconciliation requests, customer creation
- Reporting to global HQ
- Setup and Maintain pricing .
- Employees expenses report.
- Setup GL/Family for income flow to assist senior accountant in reconciling sales.
- Manages payroll in ADP.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- ADP Workforce Now experience.
- General knowledge of accounting principles.
- Proficient computer skills, including Excel and experience with accounting software packages.
- High School Diploma plus a minimum of 2 years relevant experience.
- Must have effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to remain organized in a fast-paced environment where a broad range of tasks will be required.
- Must be able to work well in a team-oriented environment.
