```Job Summary```
We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a General Manager in Training. This position is designed to provide comprehensive training and development for individuals interested in pursuing a career in retail management. As a General Manager in Training, you will gain valuable experience and knowledge in various aspects of store operations, sales management, and team leadership.
```Duties```
- Assist with daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures
- Learn and apply effective sales techniques to drive revenue and meet sales targets
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships through exceptional service
- Collaborate with the store manager to create and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving, stocking, and merchandising
- Train and mentor team members on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
```Requirements```
- Previous experience in retail sales or as an assistant manager is preferred
- Excellent team management and leadership abilities
- Proven ability to drive sales results and meet targets
- Ability to effectively manage time, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field is a plus

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.50 - $19.50 per hour
Expected hours: 38 – 40 per week
