Position Overview:

The Business Relationship Analyst, Global Data has the responsibility of managing, maintaining, monitoring, and controlling Master Data activities including seamless master data integration, error resolution, ensuring compliance with financial controls, material costing support and product attribute requirements. This includes the following areas within the Global Data Organization: Customer, Vendor, Material, Product Data, eCommerce Data, Bill of Materials, Recipes and Price Administration. This role requires both individual contribution and participation in cross functional teams as well as excellent written and oral communication skills. The Business Relationship Analyst is the subject matter expert for master data maintenance and integration with an understanding of multiple SAP modules, DevEx, and various other systems across global business units (US, Canada, UK, France, Spain, Portugal, other EMEA countries and Outreach sites as needed).

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for supporting SAP data maintenance for material, customer, vendor, bill of materials, recipe, pricing, Finished Good data maintenance, West/Central time zone NA locations and backup support for data maintenance, mass maintenance and workflow security outside of EMEA working hours. Supports all aspects of Global Data critical process activities located in Hunt Valley, APZ (Outreach SAP) and multiple NA locations and plants
• Partners with Business Relationship Leads, business departments and project teams to support gathering master data for new products and changes to existing product lines
• Participates in complex process and system cross-functional projects and initiatives including SME for SAP implementations. Supports Global Data in business planning activities and supports business optimization projects for SAP.
• Participates in execution of tactical initiatives related to technological advances, enhancements and system upgrades
• Interacts across many functions (business units, McIT and project teams) as well as with all levels of management in performing job responsibilities and data auditing.
• Participates in data cleansing, rationalization efforts and ad hoc report requests

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Finance, Economics, Information Systems, eCommerce or related field required
• 3+ years related business experience (eCommerce, EDI, Master Data, Order Management, Logistics, Accounts Receivable, Credit, Purchasing, Accounts Payable, Manufacturing, Supply Chain)
• In lieu of degree, 3+ years master data experience deemed relevant by hiring Manager would be considered
• Knowledge of master data impacts in end-to-end OTC, P2P, IBP and Commercialization processes
• Ability to exercise good judgment in high pressure, sensitive situations, and work under aggressive deadlines
• Demonstrated ability on execution of small to medium cross-functional projects
• Experience with navigating and influencing diverse businesses and cultures to produce positive outcomes
• Strong influencing, collaboration, negotiation, diplomacy, and partnering skills to create, develop, and nurture excellent business relationships which are critical to process harmonization.
• System knowledge preferred, such as SAP, DevEx, MDG
