Piqua Harley-Davidson is looking to add to our team. We need a part-time maintenance/janitorial person, the position will be part time 25+/- hours a week. Could include Saturdays. The Ideal Candidate is a very reliable self-starter with a background in maintenance/janitorial work.
Job Duties
- Daily / Weekly cleaning of office and shop area, indoor and outdoor
- General landscaping as required
- General equipment upkeep/maintenance
- Painting, repairing and servicing equipment
- Other miscellaneous tasks as assigned
Job Requirements
- Problem solving skills (ability to think outside of the box)
- Conduct regular inspections of the facility as required
- A positive, team attitude
- Good communication skills
- Able to read & write in English, some basic math skills
- Deadline & detail oriented
- Keep supplies, inventory, & equipment log up to date
- Must have own transportation (reliable)
- Ability to operate a tow motor
- Working from heights (ladders, aerial lifts, etc.)
- Ability to lift 75 lbs.
- Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, other skills as needed
- Driver’s License with clean driver record; ability to drive large vans with loaded trailers, motorcycle endorsement is a plus
Experience:
- Facilities maintenance: 2 years (Preferred)
- Janitorial: 2 years (Preferred)

Pay: $14.00 - $18.00 per hour
