We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Manager to join our team. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives to drive enrollment and increase brand awareness. This role requires a combination of creativity, analytical skills, and a deep understanding of the competitive exam industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies: Develop comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our institute's programs and services. This includes online and offline channels such as social media, email marketing, SEO, SEM, print advertising, events, etc.
Lead Generation and Conversion: Generate leads through various marketing channels and convert them into enrolled students. Monitor conversion rates and optimize marketing campaigns to improve ROI.
Brand Management: Manage and enhance the institute's brand image and reputation. Ensure consistency in branding across all communication channels and marketing materials.
Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and opportunities for growth. Analyze data to make informed decisions and adjust marketing strategies accordingly.
Content Development: Oversee the creation of engaging content for marketing campaigns, including website copy, blog posts, social media posts, videos, and more.
Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work closely with the admissions team, academic team, and other departments to align marketing efforts with business objectives. Provide support and guidance as needed to ensure marketing activities are effectively integrated with other functions.
Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to achieve maximum results.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
