Full job description
The HR Data Analyst provides support to Leaders with
respect to continuous process improvement using statistical analysis. This position will
serve as a liaison between Human Resources, Information Systems and Operations to
support HR projects and operational initiatives. The incumbent of this position uses
workforce analytics to support company-wide strategies. Works closely with the HRIS
Director to present data in a meaningful way to company leaders and HR support staff
and to explore ways in which technology can facilitate overall company objectives.
Qualifications:
1. Ability to determine key business questions related to hr
2. Accessing hr data and ability to synthesize data across systems
3. Provide organization with relevant and timely data
4. Evaluate data and develop the correct indicators and metrics
5. Must possess three years of experience working in a corporate human resource
department, or other similar experience resulting in a good general understanding of
HR functions.
6. A Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.
7. A good understanding of PeopleSoft HR and benefit applications, preferred
8. Must possess excellent computer skills, a working knowledge of databases and the
ability to work under tight deadlines.
