Work Responsibilities:
This position will be hybrid, working on-site 3-4 days per week.

Provide support for new hire onboarding processes including paperwork, ordering IT equipment, etc.

Maintain complete and accurate personnel files for easy document retrieval.

Compile data from HRIS to build monthly, quarterly, yearly, and ad hoc reports.

Provide administrative support for employee recognition program and employee pulse survey platform.

Answer employee requests and questions with escalation as needed; direct employees to appropriate resources on the Human Resources team.

Plan and coordinate employee activities and events.

Conduct background checks and drug screens for new hires.

Assist the HR Generalist, HR Manager and HR Director with administrative tasks and special HR projects as needed.

Assist with office activities, including catering support and ordering office supplies for the distribution centers.

Complete special projects as assigned.
Diverse Skills and Experience That You Will Bring to the Role:

Associate’s degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school in Human Resources or Business; or minimum one (1) year related experience and/or training in Human Resources required.

Solid understanding of Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Excel, Teams, SharePoint, and Smartsheet.

Experience updating employee data and generating reports in a HRIS; experience with Workday is preferred.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously with minimal direction.

Willing to take initiative and work independently.

A positive demeanor and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.

Ability to maintain confidentiality in all situations.
