Job purpose
As an HR Generalist, you will play a pivotal role in managing various aspects of human resources within our organization. You will act as an HR Business Partner and change agent to help connect HR initiatives with the organization’s overall objectives, ensuring that HR activities align with the business needs.
Key responsibilities
- Policy Enhancement: Recommend policies and procedures to enhance the delivery of HR services.
- Talent Acquisition: Support recruiting efforts to attract top talent.
- Internal Talent Development: Assist with ongoing development initiatives for internal employees.
- Organizational Development: Identify organizational needs and implement effective solutions, fostering the growth of efficient teams.
- Compensation and Benefits: Work on salary administration, benefits projects, and other generalist duties as required.
- Effective Communication: Establish and maintain positive employee relations across all levels.
