$4000 Performance Bonus
Starting pay is $28.93/hour + shift differential
Shift: 12-hour night shift on a rotating schedule

What you’ll do:- Strong mechanical knowledge to work with close tolerances up to .0010
- Troubleshoot, maintain, repair, and modify all mechanical systems at our state-of-the-art, multi-technology can plant
- Work with management to improve work area, safety, quality, cost, and productivity
We need you to have:- High school diploma, GED, or equivalency
- 2+ years of experience as an industrial mechanic preferred but not required
- Desire to operate and maintain Silgan's can lines by performing and documenting quality checks and measurements
