Role Highlights:
· Engage in both inbound and outbound calls to connect with potential clients.
· Schedule and manage appointments for clients interested in our exceptional benefits.
· Utilize Zoom video calls to effectively present and explain our diverse product range and comprehensive benefits.
· Ensure seamless application completion for a streamlined customer experience.
· Maintain timely reporting of daily metrics to track progress.
· Participate in optional, enriching training sessions to enhance your skills.
· Collaborate on crucial tasks for client coverage approval by underwriters.
