Inside Sales Specialist/Customer Service

Responsibilities:
- Client management and support via phone and email
- Fully utilize the Emcor Product Configurator possible for standard product quotations and order entry functions
- Work closely with sales team to provide high level of customer satisfaction
- Responsible for providing customers and sales channel partners (manufacturer representatives.} with technical support, pricing, delivery, and service-related information on enclosure products.
- Assists with invoicing. freight, and completes RMA, credits and debits as required. Also assists with order status and expediting assistance when requested.
- Educate clients regarding Emcor Enclosures products and programs
- Help to refine client profiles to ensure optimal success
- Validate customer requests
- Translate customer requirements into specific tasks for all functional areas and proactively capture, track, and drive all issues to closure
- Must understand a manufacturing environment
- Must understand ISO 9000 or AS9100 process control
- Must exhibit a sense of urgency for customer satisfaction
- ERP system is Epicor, knowledge of system a plus
- Must have experience with a ERP system
- Previous outside or inside sales a plus
- Previous technical sales environment involving extensive telephone and email contact preferred
- Process orders, quotes and return material authorization
REQUIREMENTS:
- 4-5 years of previous customer service experience
- Technical degree or Associates of Arts degree preferred
- Ability/Willingness to build relationship with customers
- Ability to analyze customer needs…analyze situations and act accordingly
- Think clearly and act quickly
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Able to work under pressure and change priorities while working with interruptions
- Self-motivated, stress and pressure resistant, as well as a quick learner
- Positive, upbeat, and professional attitude with customers and co-workers
- Strong decision-making and organizational skills
- Detail oriented team player with superior follow through
