Insurance Sales Representative

Rachel Williams- State Farm Agency is a growing leader in the St. Louis, MO area. We provide the opportunity for customers to have the best coverage possible and educate them on their everyday risks and protection.
As an Insurance Sales Representative, you play a direct role in working with prospects and customers in establishing their insurance coverage plans. You will partner with the agent and team to accomplish agency goals.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma
- Minimum 1 year experience in sales, insurance, or customer service - preferred
- Missouri Property & Casualty and Accident, Life, and Health Insurance License (preferred)
- Valid driver’s license and an acceptable driving record
- Ability to travel within St. Louis, MO on a daily basis
Responsibilities:
- Meet the financial goals of the organization by meeting monthly sales goals
- Provide insurance product quotes to customers and prospects proficiently via phone, email, and in-person
- Confirm policies are issued accurately
- Maintain the highest level of customer service at all times

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $35,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
