Our Responsibility:

• Provide industry leading knowledge and training on the proper way to sell Medicare Supplements and Medicare Advantage plans by using a consultative sales approach with proven results.
• Provide inbound leads of people turning 65 as well as people already on Medicare and looking to increase their benefits or Save $$
• Continuous sales training and one on one coaching
• Back end support for all submitted applications
• Access to the Top Rated Insurance Providers in 45 strategically targeted States
• Easy online application process
• Provide access to a very user friendly Contact Management System to keep you on task and generate more sales.

Your Responsibility:

• Have the ability to demonstrate industry knowledge and clearly articulate product knowledge in a simplified manner
• Must be willing to educate prospective clients and follow a consultative sales process
• Comfortable on the phone and have a clear, confident speaking voice
• Positive and competitive attitude
• Punctual, Sales Skilled, Professional, and Goal Oriented
• Be coachable with new and various Sales Tactics
• Come Dressed to work Professional and Ready to Set Examples!
• Persuasive personality and strong ability to develop rapport
• Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills with Clients and Peers

Requirements:

• Candidate must have a current Florida 2-15 Health, Life and Annuity License or Florida 2-40
• Prior Medicare experience is preferred, but not required
• 1 year + sales experience is preferred, but not required
• Strong phone presence and Sales Ability
• Detail oriented and must be diligent with follow up appointment
