Our Retention Specialists effectively interact, engage, and communicate with internal and external partners. Retention Specialists respond to requests from customers, answer questions, address complaints or concerns and communicate in a manner that is both respectful and representative of our company. Retention Specialist handle escalated customer service situations and utilize a high level of industry knowledge. They are responsible for ensuring a positive customer experience with every interaction.

Requirements:
- Located in Eastern Time
- Active property and casualty license in Florida (220 or 2044), North Carolina, South Carolina, and/or Georgia
- At least two years of property and casualty insurance experience and successful track record in customer service
- Ability to facilitate policy reviews and reshops
- Ability to handle carrier book rolls
- Ability to persevere through difficult client interactions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work individually and within a team concept in a virtual work environment
