Position : International Marketing Manager – ( Only Males )
Experience : 7 years minimum in any Steel Industry
Qualification : Any
Salary : 4.80LPA – 9LPA ( Negotiable )
Job Location : Ludhiana ( Local Candidates will be given preference )
Job Roles :
a) Should be able to develop new strategies for steel products or propose the enhancement of existing
b) Conduct in-depth research to identify new markets and potential selling opportunities.
c) Should be able to monitor and analyze competitor’s business activities and advise management.
d) Stay in close contact with the market and its participants like end-users, contractors, traders and prospective buyers to understand market needs.
e) Propose loyalty schemes/ discounts/ any other product promotion that can help in adding new customers, retain existing and increasing sales volume.
f) Set specific marketing goals that align with the corporate goals. Ensures marketing strategies align with overall business strategy.
g) Track and measure marketing outcomes including marketing activities, response, leads, sales, retention, and ROI.
h) Prepare Sales Forecast, periodic reports, presentations etc. in timely manner.
i) Generate innovative ideas to promote the brand and steel products in the markets.
j) Monitor the customer preferences, buying patterns, proposing new products, Buy & Sell opportunities (if any) that may generate additional revenue.
k) Perform in-depth research to identify new market opportunities and establish market trends.
l) Helps shape the brand positioning and narrative while targeting the proper audience
m) Conducting competitive intelligence analysis in international markets
