¿Qué hará el candidato?
- Soporte a usuario final
- Revision temas de equipo
- Mantener el inventario de computadoras y monitores al dia
- Actualizaciones de equipos al dia
- Administracion y seguimiento de ticket
- Seguimeinto a contratos que tengamos ya sea internet, entre otros.
- Mantener el cuarto de servidores al 100
- Comunicacion con corporativo
Cualificaciones basicas:
- Experiencia de 0 a 1 año en Sistemas
- Licenciatura en sistemas computaciones o realacionado.
- Manejo de paquete office
- Conocimiento de Hardware
Cualificaciones preferentes:
- Ingles basico
- Experiencia en Active Directory (administracion de usuarios, cuentas, grupos)
