What You’ll Do:

• Customer Onboarding and Engagement: Spearhead the onboarding process, ensuring a seamless transition for new clients by maintaining open lines of communication, addressing their needs through support tickets, phone, and engaging via live chat.
• Campaign Management and Optimization: Guide clients in setting up and refining their feed campaigns across multiple platforms such as Google Shopping, Amazon, Walmart, and eBay, ensuring optimal performance and visibility.
• Technical Support and Troubleshooting: Provide expert-level support, resolving technical issues related to data integration, ecommerce platforms, and shopping channels. Act as a crucial link between clients and our internal teams to facilitate swift resolution of challenges.
• Strategic Analysis and Issue Resolution: Monitor and analyze issue reports, diving deep into data discrepancies, bulk edits, and analytics to troubleshoot and resolve underlying issues, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

• Technically Proficient: You have a solid grasp of technical concepts: data integration technologies (XML, HTML, API)
• Problem Solver: Known for your critical thinking skills, you excel at diagnosing and resolving technical problems, ensuring customer satisfaction and campaign success.
• Digital Marketing Savvy: You possess a basic understanding of digital marketing and advertising concepts.
• Communication Ace: With outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, you are adept at building relationships and providing top-tier client service.
• Eager Learner: You stay ahead of the curve, keeping updated with the latest trends and updates from major tech and marketing platforms like Google and Facebook.
• Recent college grads are welcome to apply to this entry-level position.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent on-the-job or practical experience.
• Bonus if you have online advertising or digital marketing experience.
• Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with major ecommerce platforms (Magento, Shopify, BigCommerce, Wix, WooCommerce etc.) is highly desirable.
