Junior Business Associate – Office Services– ESB NY

As an Office Environment & Communication Intern at Coty, you will have a multifaceted role in enhancing both our physical workplace environment and our internal communication strategies. This one-year internship provides the opportunity to work closely with our Senior Manager of Operations and our Senior Manager of Corporate Affairs to contribute to creating a luxurious and inspiring workplace environment while also engaging with internal communications to promote our corporate Coty brand.
THE ROLE
In this role you will be responsible for:
Key Responsibilities
Office Culture & Environment (75%)
Office Culture Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote a positive and inclusive office culture. Develop and implement initiatives that enhance employee engagement and satisfaction. Assist in planning and executing team-building activities and employee recognition programs. Contribute to the aesthetic appeal of our office space through creative decor ideas and arrangements. Coordinate the selection, procurement, and placement of decor elements to create a luxurious ambiance. Maintain and refresh decor items to ensure a visually appealing environment. Work on projects to elevate the overall office ambiance, incorporating elements of luxury and sophistication. Research and recommend improvements to enhance the office's comfort and elegance. Assist in preparing for executive visits and meetings, ensuring a welcoming and professional atmosphere. Coordinate logistics for executive visits, including scheduling, transportation, and catering. Support the planning and execution of office events, including meetings, seminars, and celebrations. Assist in managing event logistics, such as venue selection, catering, audiovisual setup, and guest accommodations. Help organize and coordinate office lunches, ensuring a variety of options to cater to different tastes and dietary preferences. Manage vendor relationships and orders for office meals.
Communication (25%): Assist in researching and identifying potential internal influencers across our global company. Create and maintain a database of internal influencer profiles, including key metrics, contact information, and content. Support in drafting persuasive outreach emails and pitches to engage with internal influencers. Collaborate with influencers to coordinate content creation, promotions, and campaigns. Monitor and analyze influencer campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations. Assist in managing internal influencer relationships and ensuring content aligns with brand guidelines. Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in influencer marketing.
QUALIFICATIONS

Essential:
(Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Business, Marketing, Communications, Event Management, Hospitality).
Creative with a keen eye for design and aesthetics.
Self-motivated, independent worker, and a team player.
Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills with interest or familiarity with influencer and digital marketing and social media platforms.
Proficient in written and verbal communication.
Strong research and organizational abilities.
Basic data analysis skills and experience with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
Adaptable, eager to learn, and can work both independently and collaboratively.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
