SCHEDULE: Night-Shift role, Sunday thru Thursday 11:00pm to 7:15am with shift differential of $1.00 / hr +

BASIC DUTIES: Operate semi-automated machinery, while stocking supplies and conducting quality checks. Working in a safe manner, abiding by work rules, SQF & HACCP guidelines. Ability to be flexible to work in different work cells as staffing needs dictate. Ability to handle loud work environment and be on your feet most of the shift.
WHAT YOU'LL DO EACH DAY:
Respond to production problems and take appropriate corrective action. Make necessary mechanical adjustments
Complete required paperwork and quality tasks
Operate other packaging machines by stocking supplies for semi-automated equipment based on production schedule
Maintain work area and equipment according to the highest GMP’s, SOP’s, and safety standards
Be a positive team member with emphasis on teamwork spanning all work shifts
Continually strive for improvements in safety, quality, and productivity
Work with minimum supervision; must be responsible and able to timely initiate appropriate work activities
Responsible for reporting food safety and quality issues and initiate action, as necessary
Follow all Food Safety guidelines, but not limited to:
· GMP’s
· Allergen Program
· Quality
· Sanitation
· Safety
· SQF
SHIFTS:
A-shift aka nights 11:00pm - 7:15am + $1.00 DIFFERENTIAL PAY
B-shift aka days 7:00 - 3:15 am
C-shift aka swing 3:00pm - 11:15pm + $.50 DIFFERNTIAL PAY
