In this role you will be responsible to coordinate and expedite the complete manufacturing and shopfloor operations, according to production schedules. Discusses consequences of changes in products and processes for the own team in the manufacturing organization.

As a Lead Manufacturing Specialist - Shopfloor operations, you will be responsible for:

• Oversight and management of front-line manufacturing employees. Typically managing hourly employee populations.
• Responsible to exchange data and information interaction concerns and also improvements in products, processes and procedures.
• Handles standardized manufacturing processes. Guidelines for choosing the right actions. Processes and procedures are frequently updated by other functions and have to be implemented in the department.
• Leads a manufacturing shop floor operation (shift based)
• Responsible for Daily KPI Metrics of Shop Floor

To be successful in this role you will:

• Have a bachelor's degree or Masters in Mechanical Engineering/ Production/Industrial from an accredited university or college.
• Have 8 to 10 years of experience in Planning in a project factory. Experience in the valve industry is preferred.
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills and an ability to build trusting relationships with internal customers and suppliers
• Demonstrate the ability to learn new products and business areas quickly
• Have experience in managing multiple priorities and stakeholders in a complex working environment
• Be a self-starter, proactively taking the initiative to identify and solve problems

• It’s a full time regular office based based role with regular timings from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
