Our legal team is looking for an experienced litigation manager who can support Netflix's global litigation team by identifying opportunities, developing and maintaining tools and tools to help the litigation team manage operations job. and other laws. Establish and maintain fiscal and litigation officers;
Develop and implement procedures to receive, review, respond to and track third party warrants and other requests for information;
Develop and implement a litigation reporting system, including quarterly reports required for audit and financial reporting;
Identify opportunities for automated messaging, using existing data and reducing manual data entry/unnecessary data manipulation;
Design, define and implement conflict management strategies and operational practices;
Work and participate in short and long-term information on the practice of work and company goals,
Review, evaluate and establish robust litigation policies and procedures;
Legal research and writing, including preparation of letters, petitions, discovery responses and statements;
Conduct field research, surveys and interviews;
Collaborate with internal partners and external teams;
Collaborate with and provide backup to local litigation legal professionals and legal team leaders.
Eligibility:
At least 7 years of experience in an industrial, technical or legal setting.
Advanced level in creating complex databases in Airtable and expertise in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Slack and Google Suite. Experience with Google's data analysis platform.
Attorney's certificate duly approved. Operational experience, including designing workflows, systems, tools and data dashboards.
Experience managing complex and sometimes redundant projects with multiple stakeholders. Social and communications professional, with proven ability to work across boundaries and multicultural EQ.
Ability to work efficiently, independently and reliably under tight deadlines across multiple deadlines and with full attention to detail. Thorough knowledge of state and federal litigation practices and procedures, including discovery, motion, and trial procedures
Experience in single plaintiff litigation, litigation, class action, arbitration and pre-trial litigation.
