Job Overview – How You’ll Contribute:

Come work for the #1 Customer Experience Team in the Omaha Metro Area with the H+H Group! You will be working in a super fun and overly positive working environment, located in Aksarben!! – we like to say, “We’re our own brand of weird.” Our Team is a very diverse group of people with high energy and personality. You will be working on our Live Support Team and handling Customer interactions both online and over the phone/text – all in an effort to simplify and elevate the Customer experience. (Pay $15/Hour)

As part of our fun, energetic, and positive team, you will have daily tasks that include:

• Handle incoming chats and texts from online Customers through a variety of media channels.
• Proactively reach out to Customers regarding their recent experience with our dealerships.
• Work with dealership personnel to ensure Customer requests are handled.
• Full time and part time available.

Schedule: Full time- Mon-Fri 9am-6pm.

Schedule: Part time- Mon-Thurs 4pm-8pm and Saturday's 8am-6pm.

Please note this position is not remote.

Qualifications – What You Need to be Successful:

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Excellent communication and Customer Service skills.
• Great computer/technology skills.
• High energy partnered with a positive attitude.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Detail oriented.
• Desire to grow, learn, and advance within the company.
