Summary
Performs routine maintenance and repairs throughout the facility.
Responsibilities
- Performs routine maintenance tasks.
- Responds to hot/cold calls, changing out lighting, minor repairs to equipment, routine plumbing calls, replacing ceiling tiles, minor window and roof repairs, and conducts daily rounds of the facility to maintain a safe environment.
- Assists other trades when additional help is required.
Qualifications
Education
Required: High school diploma or equivalent required.
Preferred: Graduate of trade or vocational school in related field
Experience
Required: Two years experience with a contractor or work in another type of trade.
Pay range: $29.06 - $45.06 hourly
Individual wages are determined based upon a number of factors including, but not limited to, an individual’s qualifications and experience
