About the Position: We're currently seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician to join our team in Bloomington, IN. Whether you're a trainee or an experienced technician, we provide the resources and support to help you succeed. From restoring units to responding to maintenance requests, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our residents' satisfaction and comfort.
Rate of Pay: From $17/Hour
Requirements:
- Physical fitness to perform hands-on tasks in various weather conditions.
- Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with team members and residents.
- Eagerness to learn and grow in a dynamic work environment.
