- Supervise the administration and interpretation of the collective bargaining agreement for the employees represented and everything
- It promotes mutual trust, communicating relevant questions of the station to first -line employees, celebrating the monthly meetings of the leadership team on the floor, supports the participation of employees through the joint leadership team/ Leadership equipment of the area (JLT/ ALT) and supports the continuous improvement process (CI).
- Participate in the concept of "work together" to associate with the union leadership
- Use the training of work to evaluate and develop a crew leader and aircraft maintenance technicians (AMT), ensuring compliance with training and qualifications
- Interfaces with all the managers, the crew leaders, the leadership of the local union, the contractors and the local authorities
- Assign allocations of workload to the groups of the crew and updates the Operational Center for Maintenance (MOC) on the progress of the workload, including service aircraft
- Adera to the security obligations applicable as established in the declaration of security commitment of the American Airlines with the manual
- The work on duty that include weekends, holidays, free days and extra hours needed

Minimum qualifications: previous work education and experience
- High school diploma or GED equivalence
- 2 years of experience in aircraft maintenance operations
- Family with numerous functional areas

- Degree on the relevant field or equivalent experience/training
- 2 -leadership experience
- Previous experience and knowledge of the budget, policies and procedures of AA
Skills, licenses and certifications
- License for fuselage systems and energy system (A&P)
- Strong interpersonal skills and PCs
- Ability to simultaneously administer more areas of responsibility
- Excellent analytical skills, organization and planning
- Ability to join the applicable security obligations as established in AA's declaration of commitment to the safety contained in the environmental and safety safety procedures and safety procedures
