- Support international market expansion by clarifying T&S requirements to review vendor applications
- Conduct regular and ad-hoc reviews to determine portfolio quality, vendor profile, and in-vehicle performance.
- Collaborate with staff, product, engineering and data science teams to improve controls and automate models to reduce false positives and increase detection rates.
- Collaborate closely with Vendor Verification Owners and the T&S Verification Operations team on the issuance of Vendor Verification Policies, Business Rules and Guidelines.
- Development of documentation and manuals for operational procedures and policies for vendor evaluation
- Improve process efficiency through process planning and document and tool recommendations
- Description of business requirements for case management and analysis tools
- Ensure regular business processes are implemented and supported through reporting and audits
- Manage and serve as a resource for remote teams
