Full Job Description:
As a Room Manager, you will direct the day-to-day operations of the Front Office of the Disney Vacation Club Resort, Riviera. Your relationships with all areas of the port business will be essential to your success in leading your cast. Your understanding of the Disney Vacation Club guest experience and excellent guest expectations will be essential to the role. You will coordinate VIP arrivals, departures and in-house travel communications to ensure a seamless guest experience. If selected, you will report to Disney's Riviera Resort Hotel Manager.
Functions:
Provide front line management contact for customers with service requirements or outstanding items
Manage the operations of all aspects of the Front Office, including Reception, Concierge and Bell Service
Dua, admin, motivate and give feedback to your Cast members and direct reporting
Ability to adapt to a constantly changing environment and willingness to interface with other business areas as needed. Use guest voice tools (such as Medallia, Operations Dashboards, HotSOS or compatible software) to monitor service delivery levels and make strategic decisions to effectively improve guest experience.

Degree Required:
Minimum of 3 years of front-line executive experience leading a paid executive team in front-line corporate operations
Experience working in a luxury hotel or Disney Resort hotel
