Global Merchant & Network Services (GMNS) Analytics, Data and Marketing is dedicated to supporting customers around the world and changing what it means to be an Amex customer. Our team is responsible for partnering with global markets to drive profitable growth, increase customer acceptance, and increase the value of Amex acceptance for customers and cardholders alike. In analytics, data, and marketing, we deliver powerful data and actionable insights to attract new businesses to partner with Amex, help existing businesses improve performance, and take advantage of new opportunities.
How can you make an impact on this project?
Reporting to the Director of Merchant Insights Products, the Director, Merchant Insights Products is responsible for supporting the strategy and development of merchant insights products that use closed data to grow and strengthen our relationships with customers. Amex. These products allow customer management, marketing and service teams to access complex customer data and gain value-added insights for business development and marketing operations.
This senior manager will play a critical role in supporting the strategy and roadmap for the media company for our colleagues, expanding the capabilities and use of existing information products, and defining the vision for new capabilities and new products. The older manager works with GMs, Edds, Aet and Others to deliver traffic products against customer's intention and colleagues.
Describe the new and important things for the customer product, including continuous and reports for their colleagues for their colleagues
