Minimum Qualifications:
7 years of professional experience in communication, including 3 years of experience focused on problem communication
Experience in providing communications advice to senior management and organizations
Experience presenting research and ideas to multiple audiences (up to CXO level)
Candidate Qualifications:
Experience in an office or liaising with an account executive and as a key consultant in customer communications.
Ability to set and manage expectations among stakeholders and team members and to prioritize, execute and engage in other projects with minimal notice.
Independent, hard-working, creative, team player with experience working in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment, with the ability to deliver written or verbal communication in front of technical and non-technical staff.
A natural instinct for immediacy, as well as compassion and calmness to guide clients through complex problem programs with potential business impact.
Ability to speak and write Spanish fluently.

The Mandiant Crisis Communications team helps clients prepare for and respond to cyber incidents with well-crafted communications responses that build team trust by sharing critical information at the right time, with those who listen carefully. This process can help reduce the attacker's advantage in the public sector and stabilize the perception in the short term, creating a successful brand recovery in the long term.
As a Manager, you will play a key role in the development of Mandiant's new crisis communications practice. With an initial focus on providing responsive communications services and integration with Mandiant's incident response team, this role will expand as the practice grows to provide clients with a comprehensive service and response.
