Opportunity
We are looking for someone who will be part of a strong team focused on connecting the Netflix brand with audiences and cultures. This role will help design and execute bespoke, culturally relevant and innovative campaigns through our powerful social platform Black Lead to help shape the perception of our original films, series, kids and family and book content and audiences. - listen.
The ideal candidate will have deep entertainment experience, strong industry relationships, and a flair for storytelling that engages Black audiences in social media. This is an exciting job that requires a deep knowledge of the cultural zeitgeist, and the ability to identify and react quickly to important social media trends and conversations, while promoting the Netflix brand. It is important to have a strong strategic vision, sharp writing skills and the ability to work in collaboration with multiple teams - including advertising, marketing, community and payroll. This role requires an experienced social media professional who can not only drive traffic but also create specific stories within the group. They will have experience working with directors, filmmakers, talent, talent reps, agencies and production partners. They rely on the results and the person who communicates clearly and concisely, in addition to anticipating the need for information, is active and can meet quickly. Curiosity, creativity and the ability to take risks are expected. The ability to manage budgets, as well as work at scale and find efficiency while maintaining high standards is essential in this role. Responsible for public relations strategies that listen to key issues, align marketing and PR strategies. This includes target audiences, social media creation, and content distribution within the Netflix ecosystem.
Manage, direct and develop real-time reports and support strong black points
Manage the launch of key social media assets
In addition to the special titles, various reports and initiatives were assigned to promote the social strategy and cooperation of key stakeholders.
Use internal and external social media research and third-party data to define strategies, think critically, and constantly learn how to improve future campaigns.
Point of contact on social and creative strategy for Black Lead for marketing, advertising, content and other teams working against traditional brands.
He is responsible for the collection of sufficient content to support the brand across the public ecosystem and planning for the season of the brand campaign, and delivering the finished content on our own schedule.
Collaborate with marketing, production and talent partners to develop content retention strategies, plan around talent and decide on execution needs (content dates, retention sets, marketing campaigns, events, etc.)
Collaborate with the platform management team to ensure best practices in creating social and consistent distribution systems across all platforms. Drive innovation across social platforms and strive for creative excellence across brands and assets
