Full Job Description:
As an extension of the beloved in-store experience that customers expect and deserve, the Site Merchandising team focuses on increasing digital sales by improving flexibility, value and the entire site experience. Here, you will apply your expertise in digital marketing, customer experience development and organization. Bring your expertise in online testing, data and analytics to ensure the online customer experience is as relevant, intuitive and satisfying as possible. Your service will support the best search and navigation services, including content and ongoing site improvements. You will also contribute to robust accounting, reporting and tracking.
1. Group leadership. Manage a team for a business model and lead a cross-functional team to implement and improve the site's marketing strategy. Responsible for recruiting, training, coaching and developing a team of 5-6 site customers. Develop the team through field experience, critical feedback, visibility and recognition. Career planning for team members through structured and focused 1X1 engagement. Create a succession plan for critical tasks. Promote team-level initiatives that motivate and engage team members and promote retention. Collaborate with US Senior Executives on departmental/corporate needs and strategies - Organize tasks, set priorities, establish and track required metrics to ensure that corporate and corporate goals are met. 2. Experience. Implement and improve on-site marketing strategies that focus on conversions, discovery, maximizing customer engagement and conflict-free marketing. Techniques include but are not limited to: traffic optimization, site taxonomy and feature management, navigation, segmentation, ranking, internal search engine optimization, site-level content writing, sales/up-selling and reporting data strategies.
3. Content. Project acquisition to organize the best site content category including creative briefs, releases, collaboration with SM Ops & Creative. Collaborate with digital marketing team for traffic optimization, email submission requests, affiliate links and content approval.
4. Analytical. Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) across devices and platforms, customer behavior, market trends, and competitive insights to optimize short-term performance and define long-term strategy. Financial and quantitative analysis based on the project, by group, time report and information, analysis of experience, summary of site performance. 5. Cross-functional cooperation. Build strong relationships between team members and teams. Influence and motivate other team members within the wider organization to advance digital goals.
6. Research, evaluate and deliver e-commerce experiences/technologies to advance the pyramid.
Liaising with the CEO and business case, as necessary, for product prioritization, discovery, leadership and research planning. Identify and implement process efficiencies, remove barriers for teams.
Is required
5-year college diploma and/or equivalent experience
5+ years of e-commerce experience

Understanding the broader and innovative e-commerce trends
Demonstrated experience in operational leadership, planning and implementation
Strong written and communication skills that can demonstrate various levels of leadership
