Bolla operates 200+ Retail Gas Stations with Convenience Stores (C-Stores) and automotive repair shops. Bolla partners with major food chains like Burger King, Tim Horton, Pizza Hut and Subway.
Bolla is a premier Wholesale and Retail Motor Fuel (MF) supplier in Metro New York and New Jersey areas. Through our Bolla Transport division the company hauls Motor Fuel in both New York and New Jersey areas. We supply MF to our 200+ locations as well as an additional 100 Wholesale Dealers. It also constructs Ultra-Modern and upscale Gas Stations with C-Stores.
Bolla has over one Billion dollars in revenues and employs over 1200 Team Members.
Responsibilities for Manager - Operations auditor
FINANCIAL ClOSING EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED
· Perform operational audits for stores, service centers, and distribution centers as directed by Management.
· Developing and maintaining the risk model for the Retail Sites
· Developing Daily Point of Sale (POS) to Bank reconciliation of Credit Card Sales & Cash transactions by site.
· Review daily bank, sales, purchase, and inventory reconciliations.
· Scheduling operations audit resources to ensure the appropriate coverage is maintained and that resources are productively deployed.
· Reviewing an editing operational audit workpapers and reports
· Supervision and training operational audit team members
· Partnering with Loss Prevention, Store Operations management, and operations management as needed to assist improving processes and the overall control environments.
· Daily Exception Reporting and follow up to resolution of issues.
· Communicate audit findings to operations management to accurately report results.
· Work closely with teammates to develop sustainable and value-added relationships.
· Completes process review documentation for specifically assigned audit areas.
· Effectively uses Internal Audit tools and resources within assigned areas.
Qualifications for operations auditor
· Minimum 10 years experience
· Prefer manufacturing, retail, consumer products, technology, big four, consulting, or other similar industry experience.
· Expertise in the core methods and tools of continuous process improvement
· Demonstrates critical thinking and problem-solving ability to drive process control improvements / effectiveness to our business processes that enhance performance - able to simplify information or situations to provide clarity and support a decision.
· Good analytic capabilities to manage large volumes of information from multiple sources with high degree of business acumen and professional skepticism.
· Bachelor’s degree in MIS, Accounting, Finance, Business, or related discipline

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
