We seek a Global Entity Manager to support client of large corporation covering multiple jurisdictions. The client requires assistance in ensuring its global group is and remains compliant with local laws. The focus is on company secretarial, corporate compliance and other such non-fiscal entity compliance and governance. Usual contact point is General Counsel/legal teams, Company Secretariat or for the smaller organisations the CEO or CFO.
The Manager will support the Associate Director in being part of the operational team that provides a single point of accountability for the client relationship and service delivery of EMS. The role will include liaising with Vistra local offices and relevant local service providers to ensure a smooth and efficient service to client. It is anticipated the EMS team will be a core operational relationship management team, creating best in class operational efficiency. This role is integral to its success.
The Manager will help manage our clients’ portfolios across multiple markets, managing risk and ensuring compliance, whilst proactively identifying issues and developing client driven solutions.
Relevant Experience
- A strong working knowledge of governance and company secretarial matters
- Strong experience of having worked in global services environment and a client facing role
- Evidence of having managed a team
Education and Professional Qualification
- Educated to degree level or qualified through experience
- Experience of and/or qualifications in company secretarial or legal matters an advantage.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $88,000.00 per year
