Job Overview:

We are seeking for a highly motivated and skilled Project Based Market Researcher to join our team. The Market Researcher will be responsible for conducting research to determine the preferences, needs, and behaviors of our target market. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of market research methods and techniques, as well as excellent analytical skills.

This role is remote.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to gain insights into the target market
• Develop and implement research methodologies and strategies
• Design and execute surveys, questionnaires, and focus groups
• Manage, Analyze data and interpret results to identify market trends and opportunities
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations on research findings
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement marketing strategies based on research insights
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure that research methodologies are current and relevant
• Plans and executes 5p’s (product/price/place/people/promotion)
• Maintain a variety of confidential correspondence, records and reports.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in market research, business, economics, or a related field
• Proven experience as a market researcher or in a similar role
• Highly analytical and statistics-driven, with a keen eye for identifying patterns and insights in complex data sets
• Strong IT background and Tech-Savvy
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Knowledge of research methods and techniques (qual/quan/survey/process mapping/behavioral analysis, focus groups)
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Excellent time-management skills
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and data analysis software

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
