Summary
As part of a company-wide business transformation, the Marketing Analyst will be a key member of the Transformation Office working across the organization to identify, manage and execute business process improvements that drive revenue and profitability improvements.
Essential Functions
- Work across various teams within the company to identify opportunities in existing processes and propose data-driven solutions for improvement
- Identify and communicate with key stakeholders
- Gather, review and analyze business and industry data, including KPIs, financial reports and other key metrics using data analytics tools
- Assess options for process improvement, including business process modeling
- Analyze process issues and bottlenecks to make improvements
- Communicate and validate requirements with relevant stakeholders
- Perform data discovery, analysis and modeling
- Collaborate with product managers on roadmap planning and product lifecycle management
- Assist in project management for selected projects
- Participate in the development and execution of plans to support sales and product management initiatives and objectives
- Research market trends, characteristics and competitive situations to determine the company’s current position
- Report monthly achievement of planned objectives for sales, profitability and effectiveness of programs
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or MBA in business, marketing, accounting, analytics, finance or other relevant field
- Two or more years of experience in a Business Analyst or relevant role
- Ability to effectively communicate and influence key stakeholders to support proposed strategies, process improvements and operational decisions
- Great analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Travel
- Up to 10% travel

Pay: $85,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
