Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Marketing and Business Development Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth through identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and implementing strategic plans to achieve sales targets.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand the company's customer base and ensure its strong presence in the market.
- Identify new business opportunities by researching and analyzing potential clients and markets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing solutions.
- Lead negotiations, close deals, and manage contracts to achieve sales targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies that drive sales growth.
- Utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software, such as Salesforce, to track sales activities and customer interactions.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful project management and delivery.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or related field.
- Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to develop and implement strategic plans for business growth.
- Proficiency in project management and strategic planning.
- Familiarity with CRM software.
