Full job description
Responsibilities:
- Support the firm in a broad range of activities, coordinating all aspects of marketing and business development efforts
- Manage all aspects of response to RFQ/RFPs, closely collaborating with leadership
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities
- Research and prepare materials for client interviews
- Assist with new business/client development efforts
- Create engaging graphic and written content for marketing materials and distribution of marketing materials via direct mail, email, social media and other outlets
- Manage CRM tool
- Manage all social media accounts and website updates
- Assist in budgeting and tracking marketing expenses
- Coordinate with external vendors for print advertising and other marketing materials
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years experience in AEC industry
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field
- Proficient in MS Office and Adobe Creative Suite
- Graphic design experience preferred
- Ability to work independently with minimal direct supervision
- Ability to multi-task with multiple projects and deadlines
- Strong organizational, creative, and communication skills
