Role: To design and drive the new media strategy and campaign for the organization and increase its visibility and reach among the target groups. To devise and implement strategies and activities to increase the brand value as well as promote its products and services To coordinate the communication plans of different departments and build stories to effectively communicate through print, electronic and social media channels Skills Required: Should have Bachelor or Masters degree in mass communication/design with excellent written and spoken communication skills as well as sound knowledge to handle graphic design and video creation tools Ability to design and drive media campaign to promote concepts, products and services Should have good design and artistic sensibilities, flair for brand building, ability to drive campaigns. Ability to manage social media, website and develop overall media strategy Must be a confident communicator and presenter. Strong writing, Video editing, proofreading, layout and design skills are essential, including ability to present concepts verbally. Must possess excellent organizational and planning skills.
Key Responsibilities: 1. Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies: • Collaborate with senior management and other team memebrs to define marketing objectives and goals aligned with organisational priorities. • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, audience preferences, and competitive landscape. • Develop strategic marketing plans and campaigns to promote Atttakkalari's programs, events, and initiatives across various channels. 2. Brand Management: • Uphold and enhance the Atttakkalari brand identity, ensuring consistency and integrity across all communication channels. • Develop branding guidelines and standards to maintain a unified and cohesive brand presence. • Oversee the production of marketing materials, including print collateral, digital assets, and multimedia content. 3. Digital Marketing and Social Media: • Drive digital marketing initiatives to increase online visibility and engagement. • Manage social media channels and content strategy to foster community engagement and brand advocacy. • Utilise analytics tools to track and analyze performance metrics, optimising campaigns for maximum impact. 4. Public Relations and Media Relations: • Cultivate and maintain relationships with media outlets, influencers, and industry stakeholders. • Develop press releases, media kits, and other communication materials to generate positive coverage and publicity. 5. Event Marketing and Promotion: • Collaborate with program managers to develop marketing plans for events, performances, workshops, and other initiatives. • Coordinate promotional activities, including advertising, email marketing, and outreach efforts to drive attendance and participation. • Evaluate the effectiveness of event marketing strategies and implement improvements based on feedback and analysis. 6. Collaboration and Team Leadership: • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including artistic, development, and administrative departments, to align marketing efforts with organizational objectives. • Provide leadership and mentorship to marketing team members, fostering a culture of creativity, accountability, and continuous learning. • Encourage collaboration and knowledge sharing to maximize the impact of marketing and communication efforts.

Pay: ₹550,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
