Role Overview:
As our Promotional Specialist, you'll be responsible for developing and executing compelling promotional campaigns across multiple channels, including email, Google Merchant Center, and social media. You'll leverage your expertise in promotional strategies and digital marketing to drive customer engagement and sales growth. This is a full-time position based in our office in Garland, TX.
Key Responsibilities:
· Develop and execute promotional campaigns, including discounts, special offers, and seasonal promotions.
· Own and manage our email communications strategy, including both triggered/automated email campaigns and one-time email sends.
· Develop, schedule, and optimize email campaigns for maximum engagement and conversion.
· Manage product listings and optimize campaigns within Google Merchant Center to enhance online visibility and drive traffic.
· Develop and implement social media strategies to promote products, engage with followers, and drive brand awareness.
· Create and schedule social media posts across various platforms to support marketing initiatives and promotional efforts.
· Collaborate with the marketing team to align promotional activities with overall marketing goals and strategies.
· Monitor and analyze campaign performance using data analytics tools to optimize results and ROI.
Requirements:
· Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills.
· Proficiency in email marketing platforms (e.g., ESPs) and marketing automation tools.
· Experience in developing mobile-optimized and visually engaging promotional content.
· Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
· 2-5 years of experience in digital marketing or promotional campaigns.
· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
· Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and Adobe Creative Cloud applications is a plus.
· Previous experience in a B2B commercial environment is desirable.
