This role helps Starbucks to succeed by creating strategic plans and strategic plans and creating standards for production products to achieve customer service, supply chain and financial goals for the factory and distribution center. Ensure that the right product is available at the right place at the right time in the right quantity to meet demand-based production requirements. Form and act in accordance with Starbucks guidelines. As an organizer, you will:
Participates in new product launches, organizes new hardware, and supports industry testing and testing.
Create, update and maintain BOM and material specifications in various operating systems such as Oracle and Oasis
Develops short- and long-term delivery plans to support forecasting and cost, performance and capacity constraints. Work with sales as necessary to ensure the purchase is successful. Optimizes the flow of products through the supply chain and provides feedback for continuous improvement. Determines what to buy and the quantity to buy to support production according to forecast and planning requirements. Creates standard orders and/or Global Purchase Agreements (BPA) issued in Oracle. Tracks shipments, checks when items are received, and dispatches to suppliers when the need is urgent.
Monitors cycle counts and adjusts inventory levels to ensure accurate inventory levels. Drives the development of ongoing inventory strategies to determine the most profitable use of marketing investments while maximizing inventory turnover and meeting service level goals. Identifies and recommends opportunities to reduce costs and prepare for future growth. Identifying capacity gaps. Recommend changes to offer. Builds and maintains collaborative relationships with customers, vendors and team partners to ensure effective communication of strategy and plans. Manages defect reporting and resolution communication between QA, accounting and suppliers. Demonstrate and understand safety as a core value and adhere to safety requirements as outlined in our safety policy; empowering and training others to do the same.
Understands and adheres to established safety standards, following all safety procedures (e.g. PPE, lockout and tagout). Supports food safety, legal and quality programs.
Maintains product quality by adhering to good manufacturing practices, preventive food safety controls, product specifications and quality procedures. Monitors and records quality metrics using analytical tools.
Perform other duties as required in support of business objectives and Starbucks information and standards

Diploma/GED, four (4) or more years of US military service or four (4) or more years of service or US
Ability to work in diverse team environments. Ability to work based on safety, quality and hygiene standards, policies and procedures.
Ability to work flexibly to meet business needs. Ability to understand policies and written instructions, specifications and safety standards.
Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Access
Strong analytical, quantitative and problem solving skills
Knowledge of supply chain or inventory management systems
Effective use of strategy to develop strategies or plans. Experience in reporting functions in an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system or inventory module (1 year)
Experience in building, modifying or managing a production process or supply chain (1 year)
Continuous experience in design, scheduling and/or organizational functions (3 years)
Experience in supply chain, planning, marketing or logistics (3 years)
