You will be a part of our incredible CR BillMax team which provides managed billing services to our CentralReach customers, helping them streamline and scale their billing and collections across all the services they provide.

We understand the advantages to working from home, and we also believe in the power of people and connections, which is why we proudly offer a hybrid work culture. This position is hybrid with three days per week on-site at our Fort Lauderdale, Florida office.


Key Accountabilities:

  • Manage client collections/accounts receivables
  • Following up on Accounts Receivable aged by insurance
  • Track and resolve discrepancies, based on partial payment and contracts
  • Review and follow-up on all denials
  • Collect required information to have the claim processed or appealed
  • Communicate patient responsibility
  • Conduct other billing duties, such as verifications and authorizations
  • Work in a flexible and fast paced environment that is technology driven

  • Strong computer skills are a must
  • Experience in ABA billing and collections a plus
  • Willing to roll up sleeves to get work done
  • Well-organized with multi-tasking skills
