Exploration Place, the state’s premier science center, is embarking on a major new development to create a “destination playscape” on our 20-acre riverfront site, aimed at increasing attendance from the current 400,000 visitors per year to 1 million plus. You will be part of the vibrant development team that is at the heart of this project. Specifically, you will be responsible for the membership program that currently consists of 10,000 households and is poised to reach even greater heights.

As the Membership Manager, you will drive the expansion of our membership base, through new memberships, renewals and re-engaging with past members. You will maintain the membership database, generate monthly reports and correspond with members and donors as necessary. In addition, as a member of the development department, you will assist with member preview nights, special events and occasional donor events.

This full-time role calls for excellent verbal and customer services skills. The ideal candidate must be organized, detail-oriented and possess a strong work ethic. Proficiency in computer software and a bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution are essential. A high degree of confidentiality and discretion are vital in this position.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
