The Nail Technician delivers meticulous, relaxing and exemplary nail services to spa guests. Must be professional, service oriented, accurate, gentle and work with attention to detail, striving to exceed the expectations of every guest every time. Fill in for other nail technicians as needed.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Greet guest with proper salutation and a smile.
• Conduct nail services according to treatment outlines.
• Assess and accommodate guests’ needs, inquiring about wellbeing.
• Desire and ability to educate and sell products to guests and staff.
• Maintain availability and dedication to The Spa at Pebble Beach; able to work weekends, holidays and evenings.
• Perform at least two guest contact employee services per month as business allows.
• Participate in and contribute to staff meetings, training, product knowledge, classes and team efforts.
• Maintain a clean, organized and safe working environment.
• Abide by all California State Board of Cosmetology guidelines.
• Comply with all Pebble Beach Company safety and health policies and procedures.

Absolutely Required Skills:

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Must be available to work a varied schedule.
• Valid California State Manicure license required.
• 1+ years professional nail care experience in a spa or salon.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Desired Skills:

• Some customer service and/or hotel experience preferred.
