This role will start between January 2023 and September 2023. This is not a company position. This is a full-time position in one of our Amazon fulfillment centers, processing centers, delivery stations or other facilities. Amazon is looking for high-level content managers. What is the achievement you ask? Fulfillment is how we refer to the fulfillment or fulfillment of a customer's Amazon.com order and the act of picking, shipping, shipping, and delivering their order to meet or exceed their expectations! · This position is not a company or company job. This interactive, hands-on position with your team will be located at a fulfillment center, processing center, delivery station, or other facility within the Amazon Fulfillment network. Although this service is limited to one country, the entry is open to all countries. This means that you will be placed in a job within the Amazon Fulfillment Network that matches your interests and current position after your interview. Must be willing to move to a paid location (You will be placed in a facility that matches your interest and current position availability after your interview.)
Main functions
· Coach, manage and develop a team of 50 to 200 Amazon partners
- Communicate policies to your team and act as a source of information for the team - maintain compliance, consistency and take corrective action when necessary.
Create, manage and support identity programs
· Support all safety programs and OSHA compliance to ensure a safe workplace for all associates
Ensure that procedures are followed for home security and product loss prevention
Collaborate with management team to establish and maintain quality control standards
Develop performance goals and objectives to meet customer needs and ensure accuracy and quality
Users:
Must be able to perform the following duties, with or without reasonable accommodation:
・Stand/walk for 10-12 hours
Access to all areas of the building (depending on the building being worked on, this may include going up and down ladders, stairs, catwalks and docks safely and without restrictions)
· Walk in/around all areas of the warehouse with high frequency; most companies are more than a hundred kilometers away
· Willing and able to work any permanent shift which may include nights and holidays. Note that there is a good chance that your shift will fall on the same part of the weekend. Bend, lift, stretch and reach gently both below the feet and above the head
